    Middlesex launches new complementary medicine and therapies centre

    Middlesex has launched a new Centre for Complementary Medicine and Therapies in Colindale, north London.

    Middlesex University has launched a new Centre for Complementary Medicine and Therapies in Colindale, north London.

    The centre, called The Park Clinic, offers, Ayurveda (including Massage Therapy), Western Herbal Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (including Acupuncture, Cupping and Tuina Massage Therapy).The University teaching clinic provides low-cost treatments for the local community to help manage various health conditions.

    Consultations are taken by a student practitioner studying Acupuncture, Ayurveda, Western Herbal Medicine or Traditional Chinese Medicine, under the supervision of an experienced qualified practitioner who is responsible for treatment plans.  Consultations may also be observed by other student practitioners via a live video stream to a separate private room.
          
    The clinic was officially launched by the Chair of the European Herbal and Traditional Medicine Practitioners Association, Professor Michael McIntyre.

    The Park Clinic is situated at 7 Boulevard Drive, Beaufort Park, London, NW9 5HF.
