Finance and Accounting

Emerging themes in accounting research revolve around corporate governance, ethical issues in the accounting profession and accounting education. Research in finance takes two directions. The second direction is more recent and focuses on two themes in corporate finance: corporate hedging strategy and managerial compensation.
