This informal “In Conversation” session at the Museum of Domestic Design and Architecture will explore the development of the North London suburbs in the 1920s and 30s. Join Head of Collections, Zoe Hendon, as part of the London Festival of Architecture.
In this session we’ll explore some of the museum’s posters, pamphlets and booklets relating to the expansion of the North London suburbs in the 1920s and 30s. You’ll have the chance to see and handle museum material and consider how suburban housing was planned and imagined.
The Museum of Domestic Design and Architecture is wheelchair accessible but please let us know if you have any other access requirements by emailing moda@mdx.ac.uk.
Please note that booking is essential.
