My first BSc degree was in Sports Science (MMU). After a stint in Italy playing professional basketball I returned to the UK and undertook a PGCE in Secondary education (Brunel), followed by a BSc in Physiotherapy (Brunel), MSc in sports injuries and rehabilitation (MMU) and read for a PhD at Hertfordshire University. I was on the GB Olympic medical team for 11 years and the Olympic physio committee for the same perioid. During this time I worked with several teams/sports at various training camps, World, European, Commonwealth & Olympic games. I was head physio and senior governing body Physio for GB & NI Basketball from 1996-2006
