I have taught and researched in the area of work based learning and professional studies at Middlesex and elsewhere for more than 20 years. My background is as a Psychologist.
At Middlesex I currently supervise on the transdisciplinary Doctorate in Professional Studies programme. My learning and teaching specialisms are in work based learning, professional studies, coaching, mentoring and supervision
I have published a range of reports, book chapters, conference papers and research articles in education journals in the area of work based learning and professional doctorates. I am interested in the place of practice in Higher Education curricula and its impact on learners, organisations and society.
