Postgraduate teaching in strategic management as well as decision-making and negotiation.
Within strategy, my research has focused on competitive strategy and competitive advantage. In particular, I am interested in understanding the micro processes through which firms develop the organisational routines and capabilities which underpin competitive success. More recently, I am interested in how firms meet the challenges of managing organisational performance.
