Claire Isherwood is the Business Manager at Museum of Domestic Design and Architecture.
As Business Manager Claire is responsible for commercial activities and has many years of experience with the utilization of the collections for Licensing, Image Reproduction, Publishing and product development. In the context of a small museum with limited funds for investment this is a challenging task.
Claire is currently focusing on updating MoDA's policy and procedures for staff and users on Intellectual Property and Copyright and would be happy to share knowledge and practice with similar institutions. Claire’s role also involves the management and analysis of visitor and user data and along with colleagues contributes to MoDA’s digital presence and is keen to discover new ways of engaging users with collections online.
Claire supports the MoDA team to ensure the museum’s collections are well used in learning and research within Middlesex and beyond.
