Jenny is an Associate Professor in Biosciences and the Director of Programmes in Environment, Risk and Biosciences in the Faculty of Science and Technology. As Director of Programmes she is responsible for design and development of programmes within her area. Additionally, she oversees assessment, management and quality of programmes and modules residing in Environment, Risk and Biosciences.

Jenny's discipline interests encompass Microbiology - particularly the field of epidemiology and public health which she teachers across a range of programmes in her department.
