As an expert resource for all staff in the faculty in relation to clinical skills development and research skills. I design and liaise with teachers and managers and other key stakeholders to ensure learning and assessment strategies relating to clinical development and provision is fit for purpose and fir for the future. I recently written a book on physical examination and diagnostic skills for health care professionals and good practice.
I also lead, support and advise teams in practice learning in relation to student placements and practice education with specific focus on undergraduate nursing and the development of scientific knowledge for finalist students.
