Thomas Mc Donagh is a Lecturer in Law at the School of Law, Middlesex University, London. He was previously a Lecturer in Law at Middlesex University, Dubai. Prior to that he tutored and lectured at National University of Ireland, Galway; before which he worked in business and industry and taught at second level. He has particular experience of the London reinsurance market having worked for a number of years within a specialized unit of a leading Lloyd’s broker. Tommy’s research interests are in the area of Public Law with a particular focus on comparative education rights.
