Marion studied Economics at University College Dublin and has a corporate and economic development consultancy background. Prior to moving to London, she worked in a range of senior roles with the IDA in Dublin (Industrial Development Authority) the agency responsible for attracting mobile international investment to Ireland.
While working at Siemens plc in UK she co-designed a MBA for the senior team with Henley Management College.
Her role at Middlesex University Business School involves linking academia with practice which includes corporates, NGOs, policy makers and funders. This includes interfacing with Innovate UK to initiate funded Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) between academia and practice.
She is pro-active in CSR and Inclusive Business networks globally and has engaged the University with consultancy projects funded by UNDP Namibia and British Council projects in South Africa.
Marion represents the Business School and University on the UN Global Compact and is currently a member of the UN Corporate Diversity & Inclusion Working Group.
