Between 1999 - 2005 was Curriculum Leader for a number of areas, including Nursing, Specialist and Advanced Practice, Interprofessional Health and Initial Nursing areas.
Between 2005 - 7 held post as Principal Lecturer and Curriculum Leader, Nursing – Specialist and Advanced Practice, Middlesex University, and joint appointment as Lead Nurse for Education and Development at Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust
Head of Department of Initial and Acute Nursing Practice between 2007 - 2012, and of Department of Adult, Child and Midwifery since 2012
