Dr Meredith is Programme Leader for the BSc Psychology with Human Resource Management degree. She worked for some years in Primary Special Needs before joining Middlesex University for an undergraduate degree in Psychology. Following time as Assistant Psychologist at the Anna Freud Centre in Hampstead she rejoined Middlesex University to complete a PhD in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) in primary aged children.
Dr Meredith joined Middlesex in a full-time capacity in 2009, having previously held part-time and Associate Lectureship positions, and has been programme leader for Psychology with HRM for the last three years. Her research interests are EQ, the biology of emotion, stress, psychological resilience, anxiety and the student experience.
