Eneless Nyoni is a lecturer in law, in the department of law at Middlesex University London. She has worked for other universities such as the University of Huddersfield where she completed her Masters in Law specialising in Commercial law. She is a recipient of the Best Overall Student Award presented by Edward Elgar Publishing in 2014. She was also awarded a scholarship by the University of Huddersfield to pursue a PhD in Law which she successfully completed in 2019. Having interests in Interdisciplinary research, she pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Research Methods in 2016 from the same university and received an Overall High Mark award by the Business School. As an Early Career Researcher, she has published a conference paper on Creditor protection in 2018 as she continues working on research projects within her research areas.
Over the years, my academic and research skills have developed through different teaching posts held. Each teaching opportunity has brought academic and career growth. I am currently leading modules in Global Trade Law, and Law and Policy of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) at Middlesex University London. I have previously taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate level beginning the time of my PhD as a Doctoral Teaching Assistant at the University of Huddersfield, and at Anglia Ruskin University London. The modules I taught include but not limited to Company law, Commercial law, Consumer law, Contract law, Tort, Legal Aspects of Business, and Family law. Teaching interests include improving the learning experience of students while attaining academic excellence.
