Laura Wilson is a lecturer in Sport Science within the London Sport Institute based at Middlesex University.

Laura specialises in Sport and Exercise Physiology and has particular interests in EIMD, recovery interventions, and the impact of the menstrual cycle on performance. Laura currently module leads the second year Applied Sport and Exercise, as well as the third year dissertation module which is delivered to students on all Sport Science pathways.
Laura supervises a number of students on the MSc Applied Nutrition programme, and currently has a PhD student investigating the impact of the Mayor's Golden Kilometre on physical literacy in school-aged children.
Laura has an emerging research profile with a focus on EIMD and recovery interventions following strenuous exercise.
