I am a lecturer in Management at Middlesex University Business School, London, UK. Before joining Middlesex University in January 2015, I was a contract lecturer in the department of management at Kingston Business School, Kingston University London and several higher education institutions in the UK.
Prior to joining academia, I had considerable industry experience in both the service and manufacturing sectors at middle managerial levels within operations and supply chain functions in the respective industries.
Qualifications
I obtained a research degree (PhD) in Management from Kingston University London. Prior to that, I obtained MSc degrees in Management and Business Studies Research and Opereations and Business management from Kingston University London and Glasgow Caledonian Univeristy respectively. I also hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA), University of Ilorin following a Bachelor (BA Ed) Economics degree.

Research Interest:
My research interest is multi-disciplinary spanning behavioural and psychological aspects of entrepreneurial and small business management. The focal points are behavioural operations management, entrepreneurship, self-employment and, adaptation as well as job satisfaction, personality and their impact on (entrepreneurial) organisational performance and survival.
My research interests extends to blending Behavioural Operations Management (micro level operations management) with entrepreneurship looking at behavioural aspects of entrepreneurial operational performance and survival.
