As part of the annual Big Draw event – a week-long celebration of creativity taking place across the UK – the atrium of Middlesex's Grove building was transformed for one night. The Big Jam saw students from the School of Art and Design team up with students from the School of Media and Performing Arts for a night of music, dance and drawing themed around the First World War.
Led by Andrew Pomphrey, tutor in drawing at Middlesex, the event included live performance and sketching and large-scale puppets inspired by the work of Otto Dix and George Grosz.
