This three-hour online workshop will introduce nurses to the purpose and scope of coaching and its fundamental principles and how to apply them in daily practice with service users/clients/patients. This workshop will be of interest to all health and social care professionals, including students on any health and social care programmes, public health practitioners, community-based practitioners, mental health professionals working in inpatient and community setting.
Whether you are a practitioner interested in improving your practice, this workshop will
help you learn:
Study mode: Synchronous online delivery via virtual classroom using one of the following web-based learning and teaching platforms (e.g. MS teams, Kaltura NewRow, Adobe connect, Zoom). The content on the day will be delivered via a mixture of PowerPoint presentation, small group exercise and discussion, group feedback and recap/quiz.
