Why attend the Managing and Delivering Training Workshop at Middlesex University?

This workshop is ideal for anyone involved in workplace training of all kinds.

You'll cover all the core principles of training in an enjoyable and stimulating way, gaining insights into achieving success in an ever-changing environment. You'll learn how to identify and apply the training techniques that best suit your organisation.

By the end of the session, you'll be able to:

  • Understand the role of training in achieving your organisation's objectives, and how training needs arise from routine quality and appraisal procedures
  • Design appropriate training programmes and packages to meet identified needs
  • Understand and apply training techniques as appropriate in the workplace
  • Use feedback to monitor the progress of individuals
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training in meeting organisational requirements
  • Establish and maintain records of training.

Completion of four of the workshops in this series and a Work-Based Learning Report leads to a Middlesex University Certificate in Personal and Professional Development NQF Level 4.
