There is still time to apply to Middlesex University, whether you’ve missed the UCAS deadline or selected all five choices, you have until 30 June - apply now to ensure you can start in September.

Here are some steps you can consider if you wish to apply after the UCAS deadline:

  • Book your open day place: Join an open day to find out if the university is for you, our next open day is Saturday 8 June – book your spot.
  • Get in touch for support: Get guidance and support with your applications or any query about the programmes we offer. You can also contact us via live chat.
  • Check eligibility for UCAS Extra: If you have already made your five choices – find out about UCAS extra.

You can still apply through the usual UCAS application system until 30 June. Applications after this date will be automatically entered into Clearing.

    • What do I do if I have missed the UCAS January application deadline?

      Missing the UCAS application deadline isn’t the end of the world you can still apply through the usual UCAS application system until 30 June. Applications after this date will be automatically entered into Clearing.

    • What happens if I change my mind about my course or university after I’ve applied?

      If you have changed your mind about your choices, you may be eligible to apply for different course or university:

      • Before receiving offers: Log in to UCAS Hub and modify your choices.
      • After receiving offers: Contact the universities directly to discuss changes.
      • Considering UCAS extra: UCAS Extra is another chance for you to gain a place at university or college, between 28 February and 4 July.
    • What is UCAS Extra?

      UCAS Extra is another chance for you to gain a place at university or college, between 28 February and 4 July. It’s available for prospective students who included five choices on their application, have received decisions from all five, and weren’t accepted, or if they declined the offers they received.

    • What about Clearing – can I apply for a place through Clearing now?

      Not yet. Clearing comes later in the year so if you want to go to university it’s important to focus on your UCAS application now. From 5 July – 17 October, you can apply for a course using Clearing if you’re not already holding an offer from a university or college, and the course still has places.

      You can use Clearing if:

      • you’re applying after 30 June
      • you didn’t receive any offers (or none you wanted to accept)
      • you didn’t meet the conditions of your offers
      • you’ve declined your firm place using the ‘decline my place’ button in your application

    • I’m not looking to apply until 2025 or later where can I get more information?

      If you are not looking to apply until 2025 or later, it might be helpful to start researching and gathering information now. Here are a few ways to get more information:

      • Explore the University and our facilities: Download our digital guide to get an overview of the campus and our faculties.
      • Join an open day to find out if the university is for you, our next open day is Saturday 8 June – book your spot.
      • Virtual tours and campus visits: Even if your application is a few years away, virtual tours or campus visits can give you a better understanding of the campus environment, facilities, and offerings. You can tour the university virtually.
