This is a public civic event arranged by the London Borough of Barnet. It is a free, public event and open to the community. There will be guest speakers emphasising this year's event theme of Stand Together, with music from the Barnet Band, The London Cantorial Singers, the Alyth Youth Choir and the Youth Music Centre.
