From news stories to novels, advertising to film and television, the art of storytelling lies at the heart of our effort to communicate. This talk will focus on key strategies for successful visual storytelling in both print and image-based work.
The Psychology of Your Future Self
We spend a great deal of our time thinking about our future; this is a fundamental feature of the human mind. This talk will examine the psychological mechanisms that enable us imagine our futures, and the biases and errors that can lead us to poor decision making in relation to our future self
