Middlesex University, The Burroughs, London NW64EN
The primary aim of the Innovation Hub for Workforce Transformation is to support partners and academics to identify and develop sustainable solutions to current and future workforce challenges. At present, the work of the Hub is developing around three main themes:
1. Exploring the nature and scope of work undertaken in health and social care
2. Developing educational opportunities for the existing health and social care workforce
3. Enhancing the education and training of the health and social care workforce.
Given that we are experiencing such a high level of transformational change in the delivery of health and social care services, it is an ideal time for us to reflect on our work to date and capture the emerging ideas for future work.
