A newly formed dance project company created by Siân Hopkins (Associate Lecturer, Middlesex University Dance) and Tom Kirkpatrick (Class Accompanist at Middlesex), will be premiering our first piece together on the 22nd February, as part of Resolution 2019, an annual choreography festival at The Place.

Kamavera Dance Theatre is a partnership between dancer and musician creating together, exploring themes that we hope will inspire curiosity and reflection. Our focus is on collaborative creativity, both with each other and the artists we work alongside. We aim to cultivate a dynamic in which people can express their true selves and connect with one another through their artistry. 'Temporal Discord' has an original score by Tom Kirkpatrick, with choreography created collaboratively with the dancers.
