After receiving his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Fidelis completed his Master of Science at Middlesex in Engineering Management. His passion for engineering processes; from design, implementation to operation, has led him to success in his role as Senior Process Engineer at the global pharmaceutical giant, AstraZeneca.
As a creative lead at the LEGO company, Menelaos has had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented people in the toy industry, including MIT scientists and production line managers. Recently Menelaos has been working as a Freelance Design consultant, both alone and with specialist teams on projects ranging from story writing for a TV series, 3D modelling and printing models for museum exhibitions to concept sketching and building the future of play.

Monita is a passionate designer who thrives on achieving the best design to suit her clients. Having been in the design industry for years, Monita has worked on many high budget projects and with architects and specialists on larger refurbishment projects. Her work has been featured in publications such as Elle Decoration, Grand Designs, Homes & Gardens and many more.
“My design career began after applying for an 8-week summer placement at the high end bathroom company, CP Hart, whilst in my second year of university. I did this to stay competitive against other candidates in the ‘real world’ and what better way to do this to gain work experience.”
Jack graduated from his distant learning MSc BIM Management and Integrated Digital Delivery in 2016. He is currently Head of Digital Construction at ISG, after joining the company in 2016 as a BIM Strategy Manager and later a Senior BIM Manager.
“The MSc helped me secure a strategic role at ISG on a major international project for one of the world’s leading software companies. In addition, the management/project management element of the degree has proved invaluable for my career growth. From joining the course and meeting the other students, my MSc has enabled me to make important connections to talented and influential individuals that have supported my personal and career development.”
After building his first robot at Middlesex for an entry to the 2007 Eurobot competition, Robin discovered his passion for building robots that help people. Robin went onto earn a PhD in the emerging field of human-robot interactions (HRI) and is now working for Dyson as an Associate Principal Robotics Research Engineer.
“The Product Design and Engineering (PDE) course at Middlesex was perhaps the best place I could’ve been to build the initial foundations for my career. At 18, I knew I wanted to do something creative and build things, but I wasn’t sure what exactly. The PDE course really gave me a versatile skillset.”
