Guaranteed place for first year students

We guarantee a place in halls for all full-time UK, EU and international undergraduate students joining us for their first year of study in 2018. This guarantee is for UK students who confirm their offer and apply for accommodation before 30 June 2018, and EU/international undergraduate and postgraduate students who confirm their offer and apply for accommodation before 12 August 2018.

Places in Middlesex's own halls are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. The university also works with a number of private providers to ensure there are places available once our own halls are fully occupied.

Maintaining high standards

Our halls are all managed by Optivo, a housing association that specialises in student accommodation. We're committed to providing a friendly, safe, student-focused environment – and we've signed up to national codes of standards for accommodation to ensure this. For Usher Hall Optivo has signed up to the ANUK code.

The Study4Success Award

Each year, Optivo sponsor an award for students who have made a difference to society. It helps students achieve their goals by providing more than £5,000 towards the cost of accommodation. For more information on this award, visit our Study4Success page.
