A programme of sports courses suitable for beginners. Courses take place from 6 to 10 weeks (depending on the sport) with participants being introduced to the sport, and learning the basics, and receiving coaching to enable progression towards intermediate proficiency. Sessions generally take place once per week. Price is £20 per activity.
Some sessions take place off campus, at an external venue and we offer a free minibus service to these sessions. To register and book your place on the minibus, please visit The Sports Office in MDX House.

To register for an activity please contact Danielle Norville in the Sports Office, located on the lower ground floor of MDX House. If an activity takes place at an external venue you will need to book your place on the free minibus by contacting Danielle Norville in the sports office.
