Ivy Hall has the most diverse offering, with four types of rooms available! Divided into blocks all exiting through the courtyard, Ivy Hall always proves to be the tightest student community every year, with residents staying friends for years after graduating.

Accommodation122 standard rooms, 10 large standard rooms, 31 ensuite rooms, and 18 large ensuite rooms split between fourteen blocks.
Costs

Standard rooms at Ivy Hall cost £162.61 per week, whilst large standard rooms cost £168.00 per week. Ensuite rooms at Ivy Hall cost £180.74 per week, whilst large ensuite rooms cost £185.01 per week. Rent is paid in two termly instalments.

DurationContracts run for 40 weeks, from the 11th of September 2023 until the 17th of June 2024, and for 50 weeks, from the 11th of September 2023 until the 26th of August 2024.
RoomsEach room is furnished with a spacious study desk, a wardrobe, a bedside table, and wall storage for personal belongings. Whilst standard and ensuite rooms have a single bed, large standard and ensuite rooms have a small double (¾) bed. Whilst standard and large standard rooms share communal bathrooms, ensuite and large ensuite rooms have their own bathroom.
Communal areasDesignated kitchens and bathrooms are shared between block residents.
Communal areas include courtyard.
SecurityThe hall team is available at reception from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, to assist with queries and maintenance issues. There are security guards on site 5pm to 9am weekdays and 24/7 during weekends.
