Help with finding accommodation

We're here to help you find accommodation whilst you study with us, either in halls or in the private rented sector. If you are not sure where to start, get in contact with us.

If you have a disability, you can count on us to offer you a room in halls that meets your individual needs (e.g., a wheelchair-accessible room and/or adapted fire-alarms for those with a hearing impairment). Please contact our Disability and Dyslexia Service Team by emailing disability@mdx.ac.uk, who will be able to assess your needs and help you find out which one of our rooms is best suited to you. Additional adaptions can be made to your room if necessary.

Applying for halls of residence

Living in halls is the best way to meet fellow Middlesex students. With 24/7 reception and security teams in our halls, you can always find assistance whenever needed. Our hall teams are readily available to address any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.

How to apply for halls

Private rented accommodation

Opting for renting in the private sector is also an option during your studies. This option offers more independence, and is a popular one amongst students moving with their families and returning students who have previously lived in halls.
