Access agreement

Our access agreement is a document setting out how we intend to safeguard and promote fair access to higher education through our outreach work and provision for financial support. It also includes targets and milestones which we set for ourselves and are monitored by OFFA (Office of Fair Access).

Any university or college that wants to charge tuition fees for home/EU undergraduates, and/or postgraduates on PGCE or initial teacher training courses, above the basic level must have an access agreement approved by the Director of Fair Access on an annual basis.
