- If the Course is not blended or online or is available blended or online and another method of delivery add the Course Workload Default
Additional Content
Adding a Course content item creates the Masthead for a Course, additional content is added using any content type listed in the Creating Content section of the Content Types page. Ensure the Course is the first content item in the section.
Years of Entry
When more than one year of entry for a course needs to be published at the same time the main course section should contain the most current year of entry. Add a child section where the name of the section is the next year of entry, and untick the Show in navigation element, e.g., elements highlighted in screenshot:

In the Site Structure your sections should like this screenshot:

The main course section is set to show in navigation, the year child section is set to not show in navigation shown by the outline folder icon (see T4 documentation on section settings for more information).
Populate the year child section with the content for the next year of entry. The Course Code must be the same for each year of entry, this is used to link the courses and display the relevant details in the course details block. E.g., for the Dance BA Honours example with 2024 and 2025 years of entry:

The canonical URL of the next year of entry course page is set to the URL of the most current year of entry.
When the next year of entry is required take the following steps, taking the Dance BA Honours removing 2024 entry and adding 2026 as an example:
- Move the content (this is the 2024 content) from the main Course section to an archive
- Move the content from the 2025 child section to the main Course section
- Rename the 2025 child section to 2026 and add content for 2026
- If applicable add a redirect for the 2025 page URL, this should not be indexed in search engines as the canonical URL is set to the URL of the main Course page, however it may be linked to.
