A widget which captures feedback via a suggestion and "report a problem" forms
How to use
Configuration of the Feedback placement is mainly managed outside the content type itself. Within the content type, options are limited to:
- Optionally add Quick-Nav Text to be picked up the Quick Navigation Bar/ Progress Navigation Bar
The widget contains 3 forms managed by Terminalfour. These are found in the Engage -> Forms & Transactions area of Terminalfour:
Feedback Useful Form is the form used to collect data on whether the user selects the Yes or No buttons.
Feedback Suggestion Form is the form used to collect data from the form that appears when the user selects No.
Feedback Problem Form is the form used to collect data from the form that appears when the user clicks the “Report a problem…” button.
Within this area the forms can be configured (Note that changes to fields will need to be mirrored in the front end code), submissions events managed (e.g. suggestion and problem forms are currently sent to webadmin@mdx.ac.uk), and view/download data (as CSV) on each form.
