      DBS Application Process

There are a number of things you’ll need to do to complete a DBS Check:

      2. Read the university’s information and guidance prior to completing the DBS application. Any mistakes you make on the form may mean you’ll need to start the application again so make sure you follow each stage of the process carefully.
      3. Complete your DBS application online. You will receive an email from the DBS System with instructions and login details.
      4. Attend a virtual DBS ID Check appointment with Atlantic Data (an online DBS processing organisation). When you’ve submitted a completed DBS application, this will be reviewed. Provided there are no errors, you’ll be invited to book a virtual DBS ID Check appointment.
