Platt Hall and Writtle House share the communal TV lounge and study rooms located at Writtle House, and all the private green space around the buildings too.

| Costs | Ensuite rooms at Platt Hall cost £208.95 per week. Rent is paid in two termly instalments. |
| Duration | Contracts run for 40 weeks, from the 16th of September 2024 until the 23rd of June 2025. |
| Rooms | Each ensuite room is furnished with a single bed, a spacious study desk, a wardrobe, wall storage for personal belongings, and an individual ensuite bathroom. |
| Communal areas | Designated kitchens are shared between flat residents. |
| Security | The hall team is available at reception from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, to assist with queries and maintenance issues. There are security guards on site 5pm to 9am weekdays and 24/7 during weekends. |

The proximity to local parks and the StoneX Stadium, home to the local rugby team Saracens, means that residents will have the opportunity to attend and engage in sports events organised by the RAs.

Platt Hall is based in Colindale, only a 20-minute walk away from our Hendon campus. Just a 5-minute walk way from the Colindale tube station, residents can get to central in under 30 minutes on the Northern line.
