Costs

Ensuite rooms at Usher Hall cost £202.93 per week. Rent is paid in two termly instalments.

DurationContracts run for 40 weeks, from the 11th of September 2023 until the 17th of June 2024.
RoomsEach ensuite room is furnished with a single bed, a spacious study desk, a wardrobe, wall storage for personal belongings, and an individual ensuite bathroom.
Communal areasDesignated kitchens and common rooms are shared between residents on the same corridor.
SecurityThe hall team is available at reception from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, to assist with queries and maintenance issues. There are security guards on site 5pm to 9am weekdays and 24/7 during weekends.

Usher Hall is based on our Hendon campus. Due to its location, it provides easy access to the campus facilities such as the Fitness Pod, the Sheppard Library, and MDX House.
