NHS Health and Social Care Careers Fair

With over 350 NHS careers to choose from, you could be a part of a sector that makes a huge difference to people’s lives every single day.
We’ve partnered with the North Central London Training Hub to bring you a careers fair packed with info about careers in health and social care. Plus – you’ll get to chat through your options with NHS staff, including doctors, nurses, midwives, art therapists, mental health professionals and many more.

STEM Festival
11 March 2026
Come along to our annual STEM Festival which takes place on campus to celebrate British Science Week from 10.00am. Book a school/college group to attend during the day to experience a range of interactive activity linked to our Faculty of Science and Technology. Plus, the chance to hear our lunchtime keynote speaker, the planetary scientist Dr Sheila Kanani MBE, explain how the solar system changed her life.
Monthly subject-specific tours at Saracens' stadium for your students
You and your students can join us for a tour of the Healthcare, Science and Sports facilities at our new high-tech training centre at West Stand StoneX Stadium. A £24 million centre of excellence for simulation-based learning, in partnership with Saracens. It has the latest tech and facilities to help you link classroom theory with professional skills.

Events for teachers
Middlesex University Teachers’ and Careers Advisors’ Conference
Join us for our Middlesex University Careers and Advisors Conference that we are running in collaboration with MDX Department of Education on 7th July 2026.
This year the theme will link to the recent Post16 education and skills white paper and focus on how together we can tackle the skills gap and support the growth of young people. Sessions will include the importance of oracy and communication skills as a successful vehicle for progression onto higher level opportunities, in partnership with ‘Debate Mate’. Also, how best to harness AI for constructive use in your classrooms to support your learner’s future.
There will also be an opportunity to hear from Middlesex University academics, students and senior staff, and view our award-winning facilities. An opportunity to network over lunch with advisors, teachers and university staff will be included.
