My research interests focus on carbon accounting, greenwashing, corporate lobbying, and sustainability, with a particular interest in how organisations measure, communicate, and manage their environmental impact.

I am currently working on the following papers:

    Biography

    Ibrahim completed his BA Hons in Business Accounting at Middlesex University. He was then accepted to pursue a PhD in Environmental Accounting completing his PhD in 2024. He is currently a lecturer at Middlesex University where he lectures and teaches financial accounting and finance.
