MU Services Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Middlesex University. Middlesex University owns 100% of the company.

The company forms part of the Middlesex University Group. Its financial results are consolidated in the University’s Financial Statements.

MU Services Limited recruits professional services staff at different levels and for a range of roles across the University Group. It provides professional services to the University through an agreed Inter Company Agreement.

MU Services Limited staff work alongside University staff within the University’s Faculties and Services. They contribute to the delivery of the University’s strategic aims, objectives, and KPIs.

Staff are subject to Middlesex University’s policies and procedures. They can access a range of  benefits comparable to those available to staff employed by the University. They can also join the Middlesex University Defined Contribution Pension Scheme.

MU Services Limited was incorporated in England and Wales on 2 November 2017. It began trading in February 2021 and does not have charitable status.
