Middlesex University has a long tradition of innovation in the teaching of theatre as a collaborative and collective art. We strive to break down the traditional divisions between the technical, design and performance element of theatre while promoting collaborative, original, theatre-making.
The structure of the course allows you to specialise in the aspect of theatre you're most passionate about, so our students go on to have diverse careers as performers, directors, writers, set and lighting designers, stage managers and producers. Many of our graduates have also gone on to combine their collective skills and form successful theatre companies.
