Through collaborative and impactful partnerships with industry and policy makers, we will help facilitate society’s transition into new ways of working. Together, we will co-create healthier, safer, more sustainable and productive workplaces through a focus on leadership development and capability-building.
The Centre’s focus is on three core areas that align with contemporary best practice in business strategy and performance – health, safety and wellbeing, innovation and creativity, and diversity and inclusion. By focussing on these three areas, the Centre will help your organisation surmount and exceed the challenges that modern markets and dynamic challenges post-pandemic pose to business performance.
Our university-wide multidisciplinary team is exceptionally skilled at forming meaningful and impactful collaborations between academia, industry, and government. Across our careers, we have successfully delivered many consulting projects of varying scope and budget. We have worked with national and international government bodies, multinational corporations, local councils, and small-medium businesses to help improve leadership and performance capabilities. Past projects of ours have been awarded nationally and recognised for innovation and practical impact.
We are a university-wide multidisciplinary group of scientist-practitioners who excel in translating complex science into actionable business-ready interventions, tools, and resources. The Centre is led by Dr Mariana Dodourova.
