B2B Sales Professionals deliver value to business customers, including corporate, public sector, SME, not-for-profit as well as their own organisation. It is a multi-facetted role which includes leading on long term, complex propositions, such as multiple pricing options or which may interface to procurement specialists. Using insights, critical thinking and commercial judgement they deliver commercial benefits to customers. 

  • Award and programme title: BSc (Hons) Professional Practice in Business to Business Sales
  • Duration: 3 years

Taking responsibility for long-term organisational success, managing people, projects, operations or services

Professional managers are capable of managing complexity and delivering impact at a strategic and/or operational level with management and leadership responsibility for setting and delivering organisational objectives through a wide range of functions. They deploy a wide range of skills including strategic decision making, setting direction and achieving results, building and leading teams, clear communication, developing skills and motivating others, fostering inclusive and ethical cultures, leading change, project management, financial management, innovation, risk management and developing stakeholder relationships.

Coaching Professionals work with a wide range of individuals and teams across organisations, to empower and engage with them to enhance their professional performance. Coaching is a way of leading in a non-directive manner, helping people to learn through deep listening and reflective, open questions rather than instructing, giving advice or making suggestions. Coaching is a way of treating people, a way of thinking and a way of being which is seen as vital to supporting individuals and organisations in increasingly volatile and ever-changing environments.

Senior Leaders play a key role in all types of organisations where there is a workforce to lead, manage and support. The broad purpose of the occupation is to provide clear, inclusive and strategic leadership and direction relating to their area of responsibility within an organisation. Typically, this involves setting, managing and monitoring achievement of core objectives that are aligned to the overall strategic objectives of their organisation. 

  • Award and programme title: Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (Senior Leader) with a possibility to top up to an MBA.
  • Duration: 2 years
