About your course
Our MBA is built around contemporary, industry-informed, and research-led modules that address the evolving demands of today’s global business landscape. You will gain practical exposure to the professional world through real-life consulting projects, structured support for entrepreneurial ventures, and monthly sessions led by senior industry leaders focusing on sector insights and essential leadership skills. The programme is delivered in intensive 5-week blocks, with three weeks of focused teaching followed by two weeks of assessment. Teaching takes place on campus over two and a half days each week, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in one module at a time. Only one module is studied per block, ensuring depth of focus, and a short break typically follows each block before the next module begins.
This module aims to provide the key developments in, and thinking derived, from the study of strategy. This is increasingly informed by the study of innovation due to the involvement in enabling competitive advantage.
This module aims to raise awareness in the key areas relevant to effective people management and development. You will explore how these relate to the achievement of business and organisational goals and strategies.
This module will give you the knowledge, skills and theoretical understanding in a number of strategic aspects of financial management and economics. You will understand how they affect commercial organisations and also examine the interrelationships between key factors in the economic environment. You will evaluate the impact of shifts and changes in these factors on organisational decision-making and performance.
Marketing management involves satisfying customer needs and desires. In a globally competitive marketplace, the challenge is to select which markets to compete in, to make an integrated set of decisions about product and service design, pricing as well as distribution channels. You must also make considerations to advertising, branding, and promotions.
In order to navigate our complex, globalised environment, we need an understanding of the core values and norms of any organisation, the impact of policies and practices on all stakeholders and how to operate in a multi-cultural environment. This module is designed to provide you with the critical tools and mindset to analyse and identify responses to such challenges.
This module aims provide you with the key transformation processes and related concepts/techniques both from an individual enterprise as well as a supply chain perspective. You will also cover both planning and control perspectives.
This module allows you to further develop and integrate the skills and knowledge acquired during the course by working on a specific organisational issue or problem. You will be able to demonstrate proficiency in relation to scoping the issue(s)/problems, consideration of appropriate literature, collection and analysis of data, assessing the financial implications, including any cost/benefit analysis for justifying specific recommendations and consideration of implementation issues.
