Are you interested in a career or further study within natural sciences? Don't miss our first ever Natural Sciences Career Expo on Tuesday 24 March.

It's a common misconception that working as a scientist is just about white coats and laboratories. In reality, the work place of a scientist has no bounds. After graduating you could work as a conservationist, join the Royal Navy as a Medical technician or work at the forefront of cancer research.

The Natural Sciences Careers Expo is all about discovering what lies ahead for you.

What is happening?

At the expo, students will meet and network with diverse exhibitors from industry and academic institutions, giving them the chance to learn more about a whole host of career options.

Students will also have the chance to hear from special guest speakers regarding opportunities in research, postgraduate study and non-lab based prospects, as well as the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.

Alongside the exhibitors, speakers and lectures, a team of employability experts will be on hand to offer one-to-one sessions and give honest, constructive feedback on CVs, advising students on writing the perfect cover letter, tailoring your CV for particular industries and the specifics of applying for positions abroad.
