How to apply as an international student

We’re so pleased that you’re considering joining our global community.

Once you’ve found the course that’s right for you, you can apply to study at Middlesex through our Applicant Portal, Regional Teams, and UCAS. It’s a quick and easy process, and we’re here to help you each step of the way.

Start your application

  • Pre-sessional English courses

If you have an offer to study at Middlesex and don’t meet the minimum English language requirements you can still join us.

Our admissions team will advise you if they think you should complete a Pre-sessional English course. You won’t need to submit a separate application form.

    • Courses take place in the months before term time
    • Course length depends on your level of English at the beginning of the pre-sessional course
    • You do not need to take an IELTS course if you pass a pre-sessional course.
    • Applicants from some countries cannot be considered for this course so check your country page to see if you're eligible.
