Biography

I am passionate about developing the pipeline of qualified HR people and enabling them with the skills and knowledge to succeed in this evolving world of work.

I went from being an HR practitioner to being a lecturer in 1998.  My role at Middlesex has been to continue delivering to the aspirant and developing HR practitioners on CIPD courses, and to help others to discover the art of people management.

I am a Senior Lecturer with interests in HRM, Employee Engagement, Employee Experience and Reward.  Links to the CIPD, the professional body of HRM.
