Biography

Neel holds an LLM from the University of Connecticut (USA) undertaken under a Fulbright scholarship. He also has an LLB with French (Honours) from the University of Bristol (UK). He has recently been admitted as Fellow of the Higher Education Academic after completing his Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education at Middlesex University.
