Dr. Clarice Santos is a senior lecturer in Leadership & Workforce Management at Middlesex University in London, UK. Before that, she held various academic and industry positions in the UK, Brazil, Australia and the US. Her industry experience includes managerial roles in large organisations and diverse industries such as AT&T, Procter & Gamble, Wal-Mart and Tyson Foods. Clarice's research interests cover a broad range of topics, but she is particularly passionate about diversity and equality in the workplace and beyond. Clarice is in the editorial board of the Community, Work and Family Journal and she is an active member of the Work Family Researchers Network acting as co-chair of the International Committee. Clarice is also a member the UNESCO Chair for Responsible Foresight for Sustainable Development at the University of Lincoln.
