The core focus of my research is on the (predictive validity of) cultural values in relation to management, whether at governmental, organisational or individual level. Papers have focused on organisational justice perception, Cultural Intelligence, power relations in aid & development, negotiations and the impact of education & training. Additionally, I'm interested in the underlying factors that drive practical behaviour when we work and live together in the globalised environment, i.e., our identity and sense of belonging.
