David is a professional, high performing, highly experienced, adaptable, entrepreneurial and people-friendly senior manager with a broad-based career across all aspects of organisational development, business development and management.
Passionate about people and team development, he heads up the Corporate Engagement department at Middlesex.
As a senior manager, David's remit is to work with employers and external partners to build up strategic corporate relationships throughout the University, through engaging with business and brokers and promoting in-work place qualifications and professional practice at the higher education level.
In November 2011, David was elected to the CBI London Council, the CBI's main consultative body.
David's specialties are: strategy; organisational behaviour; organisational change; learning; training; development; customising and tailoring training to meet organisational needs; accreditation of existing training; networking; accreditation; positive enquiry; and appreciative enquiry.
David is the lead on the LGBT+ Staff Forum (http://www.intra.mdx.ac.uk/lgbt) and in submitting the University entry to the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index 2017
