Coming to Middlesex

Studying at Middlesex University was a valuable and memorable experience for me both academically and personally. As an international student, coming to a new country and adapting to a different environment was a major step, but my journey at MDX helped me grow in confidence, independence, and professionalism. During my studies, I had the opportunity to strengthen my technical knowledge, work on practical engineering and software-related projects, and improve my teamwork and communication skills through real-world assignments and collaborative work.

Supportive staff

This was made possible through the support and guidance from the Middlesex lecturers, who genuinely care about their students' development. Dr Purav Shah played an important role in helping me throughout my studies by encouraging me academically and professionally. His teaching style and guidance helped me better understand technical concepts and motivated me to continuously improve myself and perform to a higher standard in my coursework and projects.

Dr Ramona has also had a very positive impact on my university experience. Her encouragement, professionalism, and support for students created a welcoming and motivating learning environment. Having lecturers who are approachable and genuinely invested in student success makes a huge difference, especially for international students adjusting to university life in a new country.

Future ready

My time at Middlesex University has not only helped me academically but has also prepared me for future opportunities and challenges. I have met people from many different backgrounds, developed valuable skills, and gained experiences that I will always appreciate and remember.
